These terms explain the rules for using our website and for buying from us — what you can expect from RiioBD, and what we expect from you. We have tried to write them in plain language rather than legalese. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
By browsing this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy from us. These terms form the agreement between you and RiioBD for every order you place.
RiioBD operates the online store at bdbasket.xyz, selling and delivering products to customers in Bangladesh. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean RiioBD, and “you” means the person using the site or placing an order.
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or old enough under the law of Bangladesh to enter into a binding contract, and you must be able to receive delivery at an address we serve. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
You do not need an account to shop with us — guest checkout is supported and an account is optional. If you do create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Please give accurate contact and delivery details. We rely on the name, phone number and address you enter to reach you, and an incorrect or unreachable address is the most common reason a delivery fails. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud or abuse.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. An order confirmation on screen, by email or by phone acknowledges that we have received your order — it does not by itself mean we have accepted it.
We may cancel or refuse an order, in whole or in part, including where:
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount you paid for the cancelled items. See Returns, cancellations and refunds.
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and include applicable taxes unless we state otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are added to your total — see Shipping and delivery charges.
Prices, discounts and availability can change at any time before your order is accepted. We take care to describe our products accurately, but images are for illustration and small variations in colour, packaging or presentation are possible. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to sell it at that price, and we will contact you before doing anything with your order.

We do not process card payments on this website, and we never receive or store your card number, CVV, wallet PIN or wallet password. The only payment information we keep is which method you chose and, for wallet payments, the Transaction ID you gave us. If a Transaction ID cannot be matched to a payment we have actually received, we may hold or cancel the order.
Our delivery charge depends on where you are:

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — weather, public holidays, strikes and courier backlogs can delay a parcel, and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
We deliver through Pathao. To fulfil your order we share the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address with them, along with what is needed to complete the delivery. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is shared and why.
You may be allowed to open and inspect your parcel in front of the delivery agent before paying or accepting it. This is offered at our discretion and subject to the courier's rules, and it is not available for every product or every order. Where it is offered, please check the item at that moment — it is the easiest point at which to refuse a parcel that is damaged, incomplete or not what you ordered.
Inspecting a parcel does not take away the return rights described below.
You can ask us to cancel an order at any time before it is handed to the courier. Once a parcel is with the courier we may not be able to stop it, but you can still refuse it at the door.
You may request a return within 2 days of delivery. To be accepted, the item must be unused and in the condition you received it, with its original packaging, tags, accessories and any free gift included. Please keep your order number.
Some things cannot be returned once delivered unless they are faulty or were sent in error:
Email us at support@riiobd.isti.studio or call 01921-122151 within 2 days of delivery, with your order number and a photograph of the item. We will tell you how to send it back or arrange collection.
Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will refund the price you paid for it. Where the return is because of our error — a faulty, damaged or wrong item — we also refund the delivery charge and cover the cost of returning it. Otherwise the delivery charge is not refundable and the cost of return is yours. Refunds are made through the method you paid with, or to a mobile wallet number you give us for Cash on Delivery orders.
The RiioBD name and logo, and the text, images, layout, graphics and code on this website, belong to us or to our suppliers and are protected by law. You may view, share and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse our content for a commercial purpose without our written permission. Product names and brands shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
When you use this website, please do not:
We may remove content and suspend access to the site or to your account if you breach this section.
We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that every description, price or stock figure is free of mistakes, or that the site is free of viruses.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of Bangladesh, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms as our website, our products or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check back from time to time.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed with us, are governed by the law of Bangladesh. The courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
